Laura Murphy

Laura left a 16-year career as a lawyer in New York City to follow her #lagreelove and co-found Core + Co.  Laura discovered the Lagree Method over 10 years ago and it immediately changed her life.

A former runner, Laura sought out a workout that was challenging yet low-impact. She began training in classical Pilates but missed the sweat session she would get from a good run. Lagree provided the perfect fit – a method that sculpted long, lean muscles and got her heart rate up. She realized that nothing made her feel stronger in both body in mind.

Laura would search far and wide for Lagree classes and wished there was one closer to home. She decided to take matters into her own hands and, in 2018, was certified to teach the Lagree Method. In 2019, she took a giant leap of faith and left her legal career to build Core + Co. Nothing makes her happier than seeing new clients get hooked on Lagree!

Laura is an advanced Level 2 Lagree certified instructor. She is also a NASM personal trainer, certified in Pilates, and a Pronatal Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist.

Favorite Megaformer Move: Catfish. Small but deadly – that tiny range of motion provides a big impact!

Lesley Trenaman

Lesley is a positive and sunny spirit whose passion and enthusiastic way of teaching penetrates the soul.  As a seasoned instructor of the Megaformer and the Lagree Method, Lesley shares a multitude of experience and knowledge with her clients of every skill level in the complexities of form and body function.

Lesleys passionate about motivating people to become the very best versions of themselves. Lesley delivers a thorough connection of fitness, form, music and fun...every time!

She’s a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA and RYS certified yoga instructor, certified in Pilates and group fitness, and a local RVC mother of two beautiful girls.

Lesley’s passion is infectious and is a true motivator in all things Mega: inspiring and empowering her clients with every move.

Cailey Bruno

Cailey, a professional dancer in ballet and contemporary dance, has been an advocate for a healthy body and mindset her entire career.

Passionate about using the body to express movement and physicality, she focuses on creative ways to work the body. Through the Lagree Method taught at Core + Co, Cailey strives to encourage people to challenge themselves not only physically but mentally, just as a dancer would do. She brings a dancer’s perspective to her classes by incorporating seamless transitions and flow. She trained in the Lagree Method under master trainer Samantha Rabon and hopes to educate those who wish to learn about the method through her classes.

Danielle Robak

Danielle grew up dancing competitively, which instilled a love for an active lifestyle from an early age. For her, fitness serves as an outlet; a way to feel better from the inside out.

She’s passionate about sharing these benefits with her clients, and watching them grow stronger physically and mentally. She loves to kick your butt with a killer Megaformer workout, all the while making you feel supported and encouraged along the way.

Danielle took her first Lagree class in 2016 and quickly became addicted to the challenge. She loves that it’s a low impact way for her to look and feel strong. In 2018 she got her certification and taught for two years at another studio prior to making the move to Rockville Centre, where she now lives with her husband Patrick and son Benjamin.

Favorite Megaformer move: Dancing Bear- you’ll rarely find a class of hers without it!

Hannah O’Connor

Lover of Lagree, a foodie, and obsessed with her dog, Hannah started as Studio Coordinator in May of 2022.

She felt a special connection to the studio ever since her first class. She works to help ensure all clients get the best experience possible. Whether you see her snapping photos during class or signing clients in behind the desk - never hesitate to say hi and ask her whatever questions you may have!

Hannah graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Accounting in May 2021 and a Masters of Accountancy in May 2022. All throughout college, she found fitness to be an outlet to feel good - both mentally and physically. She was ecstatic to find a workout in RVC that’s always a challenge and always a good time! When she’s not at the studio, you can find her working her 9-5, hanging out with friends & fam, or by the beach!

Rachel Denenberg

Rachel has a lifelong passion for teaching, health, and fitness.  With her teaching background and her love of the Megaformer, it was a natural fit to combine those passions and co-found Core + Co.

Rachel earned her Masters degree in Special Education and taught for 10 years, squeezing in several half-marathons along the way. Always on the search for the next fitness challenge, Rachel discovered the Lagree Method and found a body-changing workout that became an instant addiction. She loved that it was easy on her joints, super intense, and that she was always sore the next day.

After becoming Lagree certified in 2018, she left the teaching world to make her dream a reality and open Core + Co with Laura. Rachel truly cares about every person that walks through our studio doors. She enjoys motivating her clients to feel the burn and push themselves out of their comfort zone. Expect smiles and fire crawls in Rachel’s classes.

Rachel is an advanced Level 2 Lagree certified instructor and is a Pronatal Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist.

Favorite Megaformer move: Super lunge - you work both arms and legs in this movement, raising your heart rate and making you sweat.


Marykate Breidenbach

Marykate is an enthusiastic fitness instructor providing a supportive approach that focuses on helping others achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since graduating with a BA in Dance, Marykate has continued to combine her knowledge of performance with her love of wellness.

Marykate uses her Lagree certification to design group fitness classes that strengthen the body both mentally and physically. Marykate delivers an engaging group experience integrating motivational verbal cues with respectful targeted individual adjustments to prevent injury for an effective workout.

She enjoys making meaningful connections and embraces the importance of teamwork for successful results. Marykate’s clients enjoy her clear expectations, helpful tips and inspirational attitude toward lifelong fitness.

Marykate is also Barre certified and a Dance teacher of ballet, tap, contemporary, and jazz. She holds a certification in Personal Wellness and Nutrition with AFPA and is trained in the Barre Intensity method with expanded knowledge in pre- and post- natal modifications.

Favorite Megaformer Move: Any giant core move because then you get to ride to the front!

Dianna Falzarano

Dianna’s motto is that she’s always training for life. She believes in building strength, breaking a sweat, and feeling good while doing it.

In what she considers her past life, Dianna worked in corporate America as a social media manager. Growing up as an athlete, she soon realized that sitting at a desk could no longer suit her energy and the constant movement that she craved day after day. She knew right away things had to change and that's when she hit the ground running.

Dianna has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and has taught barre, pilates, bootcamp, HIIT, TRX, and row. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pre and Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, and TRX, Pilates, and Lagree Certified.

With her knowledge of anatomy, her smart sequencing, and functional approach to movement, Dianna's classes are no joke. She makes sure you understand why you're doing what you're doing and how we can continuously progress along the way.

Caroline Davis


Amanda Fazio

Amanda found her love for fitness as a young adult living in sunny California.  It was the first time she felt the desire to focus on health and wellness and shopped around at small boutique fitness studios until she found Lagree.

It was the perfect mix of strengthening, lengthening, high intensity, low impact, shakes and burn bundled beautifully in a 45-min class that she was craving but never knew existed. Quickly becoming a dedicated 6am lagree client she then moved onto became a certified instructor in late 2018 and advanced teacher certification in 2020. Amanda moved back to Long Island in 2021 to start her family and expanded her training with a Lagree pre & postnatal course. Her main motivation for teaching lagree is the human connection with each and every client, to uplift and empower each person with a few jokes, some serious shakes, and a sore but strong body!

Favorite Megaformer Move: Straight Leg Bungee - Targeting the glutes, it takes a ton of focus while working in a small range of motion. You will feel it within the first 15 seconds and you instantly know you are doing it right!
